Vincent Polimeni was the founder of Polimeni International, LLC, a full-service real estate firm with subsidiary companies specializing in the development, construction, management, brokerage and marketing of prime commercial properties.
During Mr. Polimeni’s thirty plus years in the real estate industry, he developed some of Long Island’s premier commercial real estate ventures, including numerous office projects and shopping centers, such as: the 120,000 square foot Pavilion in Mineola, New York; the 150,000 square foot MacArthur Plaza in Holbrook, New York; the 380,000 square foot Islandia Center in Islandia, New York; the 410,000 square foot Tollgate Plaza in Bel Air, Maryland; and a 150,000 square foot shopping center located in Cape May Court House, New Jersey. In the eight years prior to his passing, Mr. Polimeni developed shopping centers throughout Poland. Shopping centers located in Konin, Gniezno and Ostrowiec (totaling over 700,000 square feet) have been completed, and four other locations are in various stages of development.
